I have tried everything to get my computer to recogn. my storm . ive read all the methods to get all features working with T mobile and ive downloaded crack utility as well as the desk manager for the storm. My OS is 4.7.148. I plug my phone into my computer and immeadiately get the blackberry device connected but then it says device unknown. When I open the desk manager it will continue to say disconnected and doesnt notice the phone at all. Ive tried everything please help. thank you

Anytime I had issues with the internet not working I had to call the carrier and they unlocked it, but that was after I did device updates.
