Is there a way to fix the music player not to lose 30-40percent of the volume when a alert/phone call/sms text arrives? I know everyone who uses their Storm to listen to music suffer the same problem. Right now the only fix for the loss of sound is a battery pull.
Battery pull is the only way at this point. For some reason this bug gets very little attention. I think a lot of people don't realize its happening to them unless someone points it out.
I hope it gets fixed soon, its bren present since 65..

It sucks. Sometimes it fixes itself though, because it has happened while listening to Pandora in my car, then after I press the volume up button and the song changes it's back to normal.
Battery pull, then select sounds and press silent.
I have gone thru this problem also. You must make
sure you do a battery pull first to clear the sound
memory...
