    Hit the blackberry button twice from the home screen, then go to options, it will show u there

    Then change where it says row

    Hit menu. then go to menu > options and set it to 3 rows and save

    i wish there was a way to get 16 on the home screen. That way I would never have to goto the menu screen to see my other apps.

    Looks like someone beat me to it. You can also hide icons if you want a specific number of icons.

    Everytime I hit the meny button 2 times, then click options, nothing happens. I have tried this several times. I did it once, but cannot figure out howto do it again. I want only one row of icons on the front page. Please help. Thanks

    Damn 12 icons? I wish I could remove the 4 that I have now and you want 12? lol I guess everyone is different.
