    I just bought a Blackberry Storm off of Craigslist. The guy I bought it from didn't tell me he had changed it to AT & T service. How do I change it back to Verizon? I think I need an unlock code or something to change it back. Can anyone tell me what I need to do? Thanks!

    You don't need to change it back. Just get it activated with VZW.

    Would the PIN also need to be deleted on BIS by the person that sold it to the OP?

    Yes most likely. The PIN cannot be associated with another account.
