How in the world do I transfer videos?

When I plug in the USB cable to my computer 2 new removable disks pop up (Drive E & F) I see drive E is the SD card, I put my video in the "video" folder. Once its done transferring, I unplug the USB cable, and a message pops up on my storm saying "There have been errors detected on your memory card" So I have to re-format. What gives?

Should I be using Media Manger? If so why wont it let me click the start button?

Sorry to dredge up an old topic. Was interested in the answer to this as well. Does anyone have the answer?

All I do is drag and drop. Plug in your Storm, double click the media card drive on your desktop, open the video folder and then drag the vidoe/movie you want into the folder. I am using a mac and definately drag and drop works.
