the previous owner set up a verizon.blackberry account and so theyre using the pin and i cant get my email on my phone help?!

Need to have the original owner contact VZW to remove their PIN from the VZW data base other wise the device is basically useless as you yourself cannot call and request for someone else's accounts to be removed.
