I installed .148 when verizon released the upgrade and my storm was AMAZING.... up until about a week ago. The little clock came back and my phone is running just as sluggish as it was before and its missing calls again. I've deleted the few third party apps i had installed and nothing.

How do I reinstall the OS?

Also if anyone knows why my mute button has never worked on my phone, please let me know. I really was hoping to have a phone that that worked on since my old palm would never mute and many an interrupted quiet class resulted.

What does your Memory level show when your phone gets sluggish? I would try the RIM recommended leave the battery out for 5 minutes before I re-installed every thing. If that has no positive effect, I would guess that you might have a corrupted database. Read the first post in this thread: http://forums.crackberry.com/f132/re...y-leak-235048/
