I want to install the new OS im my storm 9530 because some keys are not working properly but in the caller screen all digits work. Now how do I proceed. HELP PLEASE!

so look, i have just downloaded 5.0.0.419. and now i want to upgrade to one of the hybrids 591 or 664 but one of the guys said i need to load it over .419. what does that mean and how do you do it.
