    Today I am getting a replacement for my cracked storm. How can I back up my storms contacts photos and everything to my computer so when I get the replacement I can just upload it back to the replacement. Or Will they just do it at the verizon store? If there is any other way please tell me.

    If they provide the service at the store, just let them do it, if not:
    Connect your bb, open desktop manager, and choose backup.

    Use DM click back up/restore then back up and when you get home plug the blackberry in hit restore button in DM and wallah

    yup, just like the last 2 guys said, open desktop manager, and choose backup.

    now when you restore to a new phone, just click on restore from desktop manager and your back in buisness
