when i click on a video while browsing it says that no video format for your phone. how do i get that working?

Well the answer is the Video you are trying to view is the wrong format. Nothing you can do on your end. It maybe a WMV or a MOV or a bunch of other types. Not much you can do since the BB does not have codecs for alot of these video formats if any codecs at all.

And if it is using flash at all - no mobile browser can handle that.

Try downloading Opera Mini browser and see if that sorts you out.
