My phone is great at works perfect havn't had one problem and im already used to typing..BUT, I have an issue..i set my ringtones for a few friends, but when i put the profile setting to VIBRATE, it only vibrates the ones that DONT have custom ringtones. Do you think i should take my battery out or is there any way to fix that in the settings?

I think that's one of those things that RIM overlooked. Hopefully the software update will fix that but for now I don't think there's a way to fix it.

True, its not a big problem but i just wanted to know, im going to go to the store to see if they know anything about that.. thanks

I'm having problem setting my ring setting on my BB Storm.
Each time I set my ring (ex. Normal) to different volume, vibrate setting, etc and save it, it will change global ring including silent, loud, phone only.
On BB Curve, we can set different setting to customized our need on those.

Does anyone having same issue?

The way around any issue you have with a preloaded sound profile is to set a custom profile exactly how you want it.
