Of course, it had to be difficult. Spent 2 hours with a Blackberry rep and we were out of ideas.

Some of the music I converted to MP3 using SoundTaxi doesn't contain artist/album info, so when I sync it, it's not going to Artist/Album folders on my phone. Of course, when you sync directly from iTunes there's no problem at all, but that music is protected.

Anyone have program that will properly encode the music?

Just use ID3Tag to edit the tags. You can batch edit, to save time.

I use dbPowerAmp for conversion -- super fast, never any errors.

could try Tunebite,converts the files u need and does the id3 tags,artwork and other such things.
