ok i have the storm. i looked it up and seen that other people were having this problem too. but i tried what they tried. i took the battery out and let it reboot a few times; i seperated the email and sms messages; i clicked the "show all" but it was not hidden in any of my folders.

i did it. but nothing showed up..




also when i turn on and off my phone it throws me an error or something...
could that also be the problem?

To find out if the error is the problem, you could probably go into your options menu, and change one of the convenience keys to open sms messages. Then you'll know if you just cant find it, or if its because of the error.

Yeah, I would think that if it didnt come up once set as a convenience key, then there's definitely a problem with the phone. Call up service provider or go into the store, unless youre comfortable with backing it up and reloading software yourself.

Also, check your memory. If it gets low, the phone will delete your SMS, MMS, and emails whether you like it or not. If they happens, then your messages are gone. Unless of course you've created a backup recently.

PROBLEM SOLVED!

turns out i had a corrupted file somewhere in my phone so i just cleared my whole hand held and it was back to normal.
