Am I the only one who finds it amuzing that some companies that have automated attendants and hold for support have had the "Did you try searching our knowledge base... it's free and easy to use on our website. It can offer a quick fix for all your common questions." I find that hilarious, it's like their way of saying.... "Search!!!"
