Is there any way I can track the websites visited on my Storm 9530? Or maybe some way I can put a password lock on the history?

There is no way to password lock just your browsing history.

You can password lock your entire device
Options Icon
Password
Enable

Clear your history
Browser-Menu-History-Menu-Delete

Clear your Cache
Browser-Menu-Options-Cache Operations-Clear All
