Hi there,
I purchased a Storm online and it was supposed to be unlocked. I got Bell to activate my phone today no problem except it only connects to Verizon network. Does that mean my phone isn't unlocked? I went into my CDMA Edit settings and changed all the numbers to Bell info. It still has Verizon firmware which I am switching to Bell as I type this. Not sure if this will fix the problem or not. I can send and receive calls on my number if that helps? I also have no entries in my Host table.

Find your sim card under options....---type MEPD

If network is active...it's locked.

hope this works...

in any case if is locked you can buy the unlock code from here I think.

Usually when this happens you do not have your settings correct. On the phone go to: Options>Mobile Network>Network Technology and be sure it is set to GMS/UMTS.
