i dont know what happened but apparantly it fell out of its case holder
T.T
ive called my phone multiple times
the first two times it rang
but after that it went directly to voicemail
(i was gonna go to a vzw store b/c it turns itself off frequently but eventually turns back on kind of like an auto restart)
its been about an hour and its still on voicemail which makes me believe that someone turned it off
should i wait for this person to call someone on my contacts or should i go with the warranty or insurance?
help >.<
T.T <-- crying face
umm id liek to retrace my steps
my dad says that if it fell outside then someone mustve picked it up
and he called the only place we went to after i used my phone
soo... im pretty sure my only choices are
a. insurance
or
b. warranty
whats better :/
does your warranty cover lost phones though?
not sure about verizon, but most companies i've dealt with doesn't cover lost phones unless u signed on to some special coverage of some sort.
I'd call CS to report as lost/stolen anyway...
They may not call anyone from your contacts unless they are planning to return it. Contrary to popular belief there are still a few good people in the world. I would give it a day and if you or anybody else is not contacted, start the wheels rolling with the insurance replacement ($50 deductible fee). Although you pay Verizon for the insurance the replacement is handeled through a 3rd party company. The warranty will not replace a lost or stolen phone.

How do I replace my lost, accidentally damaged or stolen wireless device if I have equipment protection? If your device is lost, stolen or accidentally damaged (including liquid and physical damage), and you are enrolled in the Asurion Wireless Phone Protection program or Total Equipment Coverage, file your insurance claim directly with Asurion.
First - If your equipment is lost or stolen, sign in to My Verizon online, and choose the 'Suspend/Resume Service' link under Quick Links on the overview page.
