Hi everyone. Well, my cousin brought a Storm 9530 to Argentina. It was on 4.7 and it did not work well. Camera stop functioning for a time, and now it doesn't work at all. It says that i have to close some apps, but there are none oppened. It's now on 5.0, but it's still non-working. What can I do?

P/D: is there a way so that 3G bands function? The phone has just three days of use. the camera worked before

Well, I updated it to the last OS, .1668. And it works perfectly. Good luck for everyone who had this problem

Download BBSak and do a full device wipe, then load brand new software on it.
you could have too many apps draining memory.

Well that's the thing. It's brand-new. It has Whatsapp, BBM and AppWorld installed. I also installed Advanced OS and Led in order to do a memory clean and that seems to fix it but just for a time.

What operating system did you install, sounds like its low on RAM.

It was on 4.7 and now it is on 5.0.0.1041 I think. I installed the latest official version posted on the forum. It is better than others 5.0. I have installed another apps now, 5 more I guess. I ran the hardware test and it did not work in time, but in others it did.. I read in others posts that It was a common problem of Verizon's Storm and that the company had accepted this
