My storm is not responding to anything. I tried doing a battery pull multiple times. Even if someone calls me i cant answer whether it's using the hard key or the touch screen. Has anybody had this problem? What should I do?

Did you get it wet? Any moisture whatsoever? Leave the bat out for a bit and try again.
