MY blackberry storm 9530 has an app error 205 and has a white screen

What were you doing when the error appeared? It sounds like a registry file needed to run the OS has been deleted or corrupted. I'm pretty sure you're going to have wipe and reinstall the OS. Desktop Manager will not display a connected status when the device is in this state. Use the app loader to reinstall a clean OS.

You purchased it with the app error already displayed??? Either way, you need to wipe it and reload a clean OS.

First, make sure you delete any previous OS versions from your computer. Then find the OS version you want, download and install to the computer.

Then follow the guidelines in this link that was provided in reposnse to you by Zach7.

Hi there i also got another Blackberry storm 9530 and this one the screen does not come on only red light flashes and also when i try to connect it to the PC but when it does i can not see what is on it ?????????????

I'm running v5.0.0.451 (Platform 4.2.0.198) that was downloaded from DM updates, I'm getting the same error And the white screen, and reboots and works ok. Do I have to reload the OS again?
