I just download the vzaccess manager onto my pc but when it told me to type in a esn password i didnt and then i couldnt get onto my phone. Then my phone told me it was wiping. Now i got an error message reading reload softwar:513

This sounds a lot like the 507 error when you do a wipe with JL_Cmder. What you need to do is reload the OS. Check to see if Desktop Manager recognizes the blackberry.
