ok ready? So there i was waking up this morning and i turned on my BB and all it did was go to the black verizon screen. So i did a battery pull and when it reboots i'm missing several significant icons like my messages, email, facebook, myspace, camera and others. Help, how do i get them back?

First thing first, I would resend my service books. Also have you done backup under desktop manager, if so you can restore from a recent backup.
