Hi,

I just got a replacement Storm from Bell which is operating on .122 but for the life of me am unable to change the keyboard so all the letters appear. I had it working on my old one but find it to be a bit of a PITA to move to landscape to type a message.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

And FYI....I have looked for the option in the blackberry menu but I don't see it.

Did .122 have full keyboard qwerty? Can't remember.

You should upgrade to official, or .151 which is even better, anyways. That would be one solution.

.122 is the latest official OS with Bell I believe. On my last Storm it had the Qwerty Keyboard, don't know why I can't get it now?

In options...portrait view keyboard only allows a selection of suretype and mulitap...not a full querty keyboard?

Just did some research and full qwerty portrait has been around since .90. Are you sure you're on .122? Options> About screen.

If so, what happens when you go to the setup wizard> navigation and typing tutorials?

I just figured it out...can't explain how this happened thought?

When I received the replacement it was on OS .122, I transfered my info from one phone to another, and now it has somehow reverted the OS to .76. wierd?

But thanks for everyones assistance
