I have a Blackberry Storm and when I select delete on one or more of my emails and then select delete on handheld and mailbox, most of the time it doesn't delete them on my mailbox when I get onto my computer to check them. Is there something in the options menu(s) on my blackberry that I can set so it will do this so my computer mailbox is not so full? On my BB under email reconciliation, I have it set to delete on: prompt. What does this actually mean and should it be set to delete on: Mailbox and Handheld instead?

If you're using Gmail, or other IMAP email interfaces, sometimes there are issues with the two way sync.

it's up to you on the delete choice. if you set to maili and handheld, you wont get the question, it'll just ask you to delete.
