okay so it was working fine i think up untill i corrected my number by using the ##000 thing it was corrected but now i cant make calls i also did the steps to have all apps to work properly with the unlocked storm for tmobile help

Go to Manage connection, see if mobile network is checked ?

yes it is...under mobile network it says roaming think thats where it used to say tmobile how can i change that back? or is that what its supposed to say ?

Try this, option > mobile network > manual select network.

see if TMo is there then select it

okay i got it! under option>mobilenetwork> network technology was under global changed it to gsm/umts and it worked again whooot man im soo happy thanks for your help guys
