Help, my storm just crashed! I did a batt pull and can past the boot up screen that says BlackBerry and has the white bar go across the bottom. The bar went completely across during the boot, then froze. Any suggestions???
you might want to leave the battery out for a little longer than normal....happened to me a couple of times. Finally had to reload the OS. What OS are you running?
Thanks for the suggestions. I tried leaving the battery out for about 15 minutes and that worked!! I was about to go thru the whole reload, but didn't need to. I will keep that link for the future.
