I had used the chat with my friends for a couple weeks, and then when i ended the conversation we could no longer chat. I then deleted them from my contacts list and tried to send a new friend request. They have not been able to receive any of the friend requests and we can no longer use the chat....Can anyone tell me how to fix this???
The best way to do it is by PIN message. Do you have each other's pin? If not, get their PIN, add it in the Pin field of the contact and then try adding them again to BB messenger via PIN, not e-mail.
See if that works. Otherwise, don't know what to tell you!
