My back button below the screen is continously shortcutting to the camera

other buttons also seem to malfunction as well at some points.

any ideas what i can do?

Make sure all your apps are closed

Press and hold the BB button on the main page, you should only have 5 apps total listed

Phone
Messages
Browser
BB Messenger
Home Screen

If anything else is open, you need to go to each app, press BB Button > Close

Never close an app with the Back Button, it will not close it

its so messed up there are no other apps open...i will start at the home screen and just press back and it will go to the camera
