i am attempting to restore my storm that has to go back to vzw (got replacement in mail yesterday). anyway i used jlcmdr to wipe and i now need to reinstall .65, which is installed on my pc but i am stuck at the white screen with the "reload software" icon on it. how do i get it to load the OS?

Go into Desktop Manger, click application loader, update software.

If the Desktop manager isn't updating for you then you can run
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader\Loader.exe

That should get you fixed right up.

Make sure the Vendor XML file is deleted>Plug in Device>Open DM>Apploader>add/remove programs> select next>Finish. After it's done loading you're done or you can restore from a previous backup.
