I just upgraded my Blackberry Storm to the firmware 4.7.0.148 the previous one was .75 I notice that I can not receive emails no more and try to update the accounts by going to the "email setting " but I get a message saying " your device had a problem connecting to the server". Additionally I can not find the browser icon and I can not open the Blackberry App World Icon . I want to know what did I do wrong any similar stories?
First do a battery pull. Then do a *228 option one and then option 2. After doing these do another battery pull. on this attempt go into options, then advanced options then host routing table, blackberry menu button then register now. after doing all of this you should get your browser back and your data network back up so you can go into e-mail settings and resend your service books to get your e-mail working again.
