I need to trafers all my phones number from my treo 755p to my storm but for some reason my blackberry desktop manager cant read palm desktop or my treo itself. Did anyone have that problem

What part of DM are you using? Try the switch device wizard, it has two options, BB to BB or Other to BB. Do other to BB and it should take them.

i tried that i cant use the one that say bb to bb i got to use the one that say treo or mobile window but when i plug the treo or the software the bbdm doesnt read the treo or the software
