The remote controls on my Blackberry headphone no longer function. The remote controls on the unit do. I am wondering what setting must be made to allow the headphone's remote controls to function. Is there anyone who knows? They worked up till today. Thank you very much.

So you're basically saying you tried the remote function on another phone to see if it was the headphone set but it worked on another device?

How about a battery pull?

Thank you for responding; no, I did not use another phone. The headset's remote controls worked on the same phone (Storm) until today. I did try a battery pull without success

I think you should test out the remote
On another phone to make sure its not the headset.

I have a BlueTooth Motorola Headset and it works fine.. Try to re-pairing it to see if that helps. I also think you can set preferences in BlueTooth Set-up but I'm not 100% sure. I saw it somewhere but not sure

My mistake. It show what it's able to control not options.
Does it say it's set to handle remote control & remote control target ?

I am having the same problem with my Storm2. I brought the Blackberry Premium Multimedia Headset w/ remote and the remote doesnt work with the media player.
