my friend just gave me the storm.. it was his and he got a new blackberry.. i went on to verizons website and put the meid number.. when i call *228 to activate it.. it still says my friends number on top.. and wont let me activate it... and verizon is closed..
Isn't customer service 24 hours? And your friend will have to call them to clear it. You can't do it unless you are on his contract and have access to make changes. I just went through that when I sold my curve.
