I bought a storm on craigslist and its on great condition, except the exit and back buttons are sometimes very hard to work. Is there any way i can return the phone to verizon and get it replaced under warranty?
Also, i am having trouble charging my phone. Ill leave it on the charger all night and it wont charge at all. I sometimes have to reset the phone 2 or 3 times to get it to charge. Any ideas?
