Hi there my storm is saying I got a headset plugged in so now every alert is not sounding and when i go to use the phone I need to hit the bb button go to activate handset for the handset to work I tried doing battery pull several times to no avail. Any solutions or tips greatly appreciated.
Two fixes. First while music is playing place headset in jack and pull out repeatingly until device unsticks. If that doesn't work then take a qtip remove cotton from one end and place that in jack. That should get it out of headset mode.
