I just updated my 9530 to v4.7.0.148 yesterday OTA. I'm having an issue with the audio now. During a call, there is no audio from the handset directly or when using a bluetooth. Although, if I switch it to speakerphone it works fine.
Now - I don't know this is directly related to the update because I think I had only used the speakerphone since updating. It seems like a big coincidence that my handset audio would go defective so soon after updating, but it's possible I guess. I spent some time googling but I didn't see other users reporting similar issues.
If anyone has feedback on what I can try I would really appreciate it.
Your phone maybe stuck in "headset mode". The way to know for sure is when in call, check the icon of the phone. If you see a headset looking thing - you maybe stuck in it.
If that is the case, good luck, cuz i had the same problem, and wasn't able to get it out of headset mode - had to exchange it in.
