Depends on how they process their warranty claims. I don't know why you wouldn't send it back - they'll likely figure it out eventually, and charge you the full retail price for your replacement phone.

They'll bill you full price, You then have 60 days to return the phone and they'll credit your account. Although not sure I would bother taking that chance.
It can't be a serious question. The O.P. will be the first one to whine when they get charged full retail for the chargeback on the device that wasn't returned, never admitting they tried to steal the Storm.
