Ive been having problems with my second storm and i bought my first storm just about 30 days ago today. Am i eligible to go this week to get a new one in the store or is it too late?
And if it is too late and i have to call up for my exchange how are the storms that they send you in the mail? Are they the refurbished ones? Are they any good?
It's not too late for a replacement because the phone has a 1yr. Mfg warranty.
As far as the quality of phones, most likely you will receive a new phone because the phone is still so new. Either way it's a hit or miss just like with a fresh out of the box Storm. Read some of the previous post about other's replacements
