Otherwise then using the menu button, has anyone found an easy way to get in and out of speakerphone?

When placing the call it is only one touch to activate the speakerphone, but getting back to the handset is multiple touches....any shortcuts anyone know?

you mean while youre in a call? ...its one of the 4 buttons

Slide your finger down over the keypad and the buttons will return.
