Hi,

What a first post to make....

Had my storm for 2 weeks and its going back already as i have a line down the middle of my screen that look like semi dead pixels.

After speaking to 4587892 different people on the phone with vodafone they are sending me a replacment next tuesday and collecting my current phone.

What im wondering is, will i need to download all the apps i have on the phone again, along with contacts, anything stored on the phone or can the software and info be transferred onto my laptop with the blackberry desktop manager?

I'm pretty sure you can back up all your stuff on your pc then load it all onto the new one. I have no idea how to do it tho so I would search here for how to back up storm
