    I'm with Telus and the warranty states I can exchange my bb storm within 30 days at the place I bought it if no physical damage.. bla bla bla.

    My question is since the phone is under contract for 3 years do I need the person who signed the contract present to exchange my storm for a brand new one?

    Or

    Can I just bring it in myself with the receipt and exchange it?


    Simple question and I need a quick answer. Thanks in advance.

    I would think it probably depends on the rep you get. Most probably wouldn't care, but there's always the chance that someone will decide to enforce some company policy about it.
