I have bought a blackberry Storm today and it is my first Blackberry.
Since I got home I put the phone in charger and charged it up and played with it. So far so good, but if I unplug the charger the screen will freeze and there is nothing I can do except for removing the battery. I already tried the "hard reset" with removing the battery for several minutes but still the same! some advice besides tomorrow back to the store?
I have really been enjoying my new Storm. I did, however, have a problem today with the screen kind of freezing up. The screen recognized my touch (I could move from botton to botton, but when I clicked....nothing. Several battery pulls...no change. After a bit of frustration, I hit the screen (kind of hard) with my palm. Everything works good now. Ok, I know this is not a way to fix things, but it worked. Can anyone tell me what the problem was likely? I am hoping it doesnt happen again
