Don't know if anyone has noticed this . type lt and press space and it will automatically put your time. don't know if this works only for the 9530 or all BBs. Try it!

Works in email, Ubertwitter, BBM and SMS. Probably in other text apps as well. Haven't tried them.

Go to your AutoText settings, you'll see a bunch of these shortcuts (lt for Local Time, mynumber for your phone number, etc.)
