    My message icon is stuck on....its been stuck all day. At first it said I had two messages but now it went to three. I have been through all folders and there are no unread messages. I tried a battery pull and that did not work either. Please help

    check in your messages folder -- I bet there's a missed call notification...

    If what leo suggested doesn't work you can do a battery pull. Remove the battery for at least 30 seconds, then put it back in and wait for it to boot up.

    checked it, I actually deleted all messages,emails,call log and its still on

    as i said in my original post I tried a battery pull. It still come back when it boots up.

    hmmm...and you did a battery pull you said, right? sure you're checking the messages folder rather than the individual email/sms and other folders? don't know why this would be

    EDIT: this is the combined message folder that might be hidden -- you can go to BB>show all if you're not finding it

    On my phone when I delete from my email or SMS and MMS folders, it deletes it from the Messages folder as well, but mine has not been hidden. You might check it now that it is not hidden and see if one delete does the trick.
