    ok so I got an error message upon searching I had to reinstall the os from scratch but upon doing so I do not have the BB MESSENGER included any thoughts on what I can do .
    STORM running 4.7 on verizon network

    i believe you can go to bb's web site and download it too. or bb's app world might have it.

    Just reconnect your storm to your pc and open DM. Once it has opened click on app loader, add app, and then scrool to bbm and click the box. Than click next, finish and it will be back on your phone.

    Nope, its only available for download for older OS's. Only option is to install via DM.
