    do i get charged for text messages that my phone's firewall blocks? i dont have have a text messaging plan on my plan, because i dont text a lot so i don't need it. but i have 15 blocked SMS and 1 MMS messaged blocked messages in my firewall. so do i still get charged for these messages even though i dont fully recieve them and read them?

    I really don't know; someone else on here could probably tell you for sure. My guess would be yes, you do get charged because it was sent over their network. It was the phone that blocked it and not VZW's network. As far as they know, the message was delivered to your device. I believe you can have VZW block text/MMS messages, so they will not be sent to your phone.

    He does have them block thus the firewall. And no I don't think so since on dumb phones you don't get charged until you open the txt
