A good screen protector can help. I have bodyguardz which you can find in the CB store and it's somewhat smudge resistant. Alcohol wipes are also effective.
Hmm, I don't think I got a cleaning cloth with mine. If I did I haven't found it yet.

Just checked through my box again. No cleaning cloth. I did buy the verizon screen protector pack though. That had a cleaning cloth with it. But I use an old oakly sunglass soft case.
The screen is pretty scratch resistant so I just use my shirt most of the time. I use my oakley case if I'm in the ride. No Windex as some others have suggested, the amonia is not good for the screen...
I use the Zagg full body protector and also use 'monster cleaner'. It is used to clean LCDs, plasmas, DLPs. I like using that on my phone as well. It comes with a microfiber cloth and does not leave streaks. I figure, if it works well on my LCD, why not my Storm. I clean it every now and then, usually when I notice a ton of figure prints or smuges on the screen.
I use a microfiber cloth when I am at my desk. Otherwise I use a keychain microfiber cleaning pad made by "Falcon".
I don't have a screen protector on mine, and use a microfiber cloth... Simply the easiest and best without putting some kind of chemical on your screen as well... A couple swipes with microfiber and the prints and smudges are gone.
GhostArmor screen protector really minimized the fingerprints and smudges for me. The difference is really remarkable. When I do need to wipe the phone down, I use the microfiber cloth I got with my Costco prescription glasses.
Seriously, its unavoidable. Just wipe with any clean non-abrasive cloth you got lying around. If the fingerprints and smudges really bother you, well, this really isnt the phone for you!
Screen protector is a good idea but not going to keep smudges from happening. Head to your nearest auto parts store and pick up a microfiber detailing cloth. Dampen one corner with water (damp not wet!!) and wipe down your storm front and back. Use a dry corner to polish to a shine. It's fast, it's easy and you won't be putting any chemicals on your precious baby. Heed the advice of a neat freak. I used to clean everyday but I'm down to a few times a week now. I actually find a few fingerprints let your fingers slide across the screen better. Have fun cleaning!
