Originally my phone was set up on an XP computer but had no problem when i switched to Windows7. I just recently downloaded V cast w/ Rhapsody for my vista computer. When I plug in my blackberry all the files show up twice not only in vcast but also when I go through "My Computer" route. The one strange thing I have noticed is the second file "copy" is labeled differently then its copy.
At first I thought it may just be my memory card but it also does this with the device memory.
any help would be greatly appreciated. Below are just a few examples.
I seem to have the same issue as well. When I plug in my 9530 into my pc and get to the files directly through "My Computer," all the files (such as audio, video, pictures) show up twice. However, in my case they are the exact same name and they are always right next to each other before the next file "couple." I am using the latest storm operating system and have Windows XP Media Center Edition. Anyone know what is going on?
