Did you guys order yours or did you walk into the store and buy one, i know when the phone came out it was nearly impossible to get, i wonder what the supply/demand is like now. I know some stores even when the phone came out had a lot of them and still do and never actually sold out. But what have you recent adopters experienced in terms of hunting down your storm.

Dont know about the stores, but I ordered mine over the phone. I figured it killes the middle man by going into the store to try and find one lol. Been one Storm 1 since Day 1 and have NO problems

I got one of the first ones though that day

I bought mine at Sam's Club. I had called every VZ store in the Scottsdale area. I saw the Storm display at Sams, laughed and said too bad you don't have any and presto they had three. They had quite a few last time I looked.

Walked in to a VZW store on 12/19 and bought one straight away. No issues. I'm running .85 and I've never had it hang or anything. I haven't even had the media card issue. I'm very happy with it.

Finally bought mine yesterday. I walked into the VZW store as the delivery guy walked out. First ones they have had in stock around here lately.

I bought mine the friday b4 Xmas. They had to order it (mind you I live in Philadelphia so the demand is probably higher in cities, especially @ that particular mall) but it arrived the following monday with the free basic shipping.

I went in on the 22nd of December and obviously they were sold out hehe so I had to order. One of my friends did go in on the 26th (same day I got mine in the mail) and was able to walk out of the store with it.

I ordered mine on Nov 21 which was the release date and got it 5 days later on the 26th which was a day before thanksgiving. For my dads storm we walked into best buy Dec 27th and walked out with one 30 mins later...he then lost it at the movie theater not even 24 hrs later on Sunday!! It popped right off his belt in the holster and all He got his replacement thru asurion on Tuesday and we put the claim in Monday afternoon so they are obviously readily available in most major cities...Im from Long Island NY, and I live 5 mins away from the largest Verizon Wireless corporate store in the US and they had them in stock on Tuesday when we went there to check for some accessories for his phone

Bought mine at Best Buy on Black Friday weekend. Had issues with the screen and exchanged it a week later at another Best Buy. Had the second one for 3 weeks and had more issues with that one and then just exchanged it 3 days ago for another one at Best Buy and must say that the newer ones are 10 times better than the first series of Storms. The Verizon stores here in NorCal have been sold out but the Best Buy stores have been getting regular shipments of them from when they launched.
