    Whenever I'm texting my Storm screens turns all white and a little black box with eror appears then the phone shuts off and the red led light stays on for about 5 seconds then the phone turns back on but its take like 2-3 mins what is this?its only done it twice both times while texting!

    Hmm. I would honestly wipe the device and reload the OS, if it were me....

    Sounds like a good idea to me.

    I've had this same problem while browsing the web, it's only happened once though.
